Public Transport Information:

Best town to plan journey to: Grimsby

Grimsby Town Train Station: Website

Bus Service- Interconnect 51: Website

Take the Interconnect 51 Bus to Ludborough, Stocks Hill.

How to get from the train station to the bus stop:

  • It’s roughly a five minute walk to the bus stop from the train station
  • Turn right out of the train station onto Bethlehem Street, follow the road down, crossing over at the traffic lights- the road turns into Osborne Street, on the corner, you will see a carpet shop, turn left by the carpet shop and the bus stop will be in front of you.
  • It’s outside Toni & Guy’s and opposite Grimsby Central Library.

Bus Information: Grimsby Riverhead Exchange Stand B , Interconnect Service 51

  • Stop:’ Ludborough, Stocks Hill’
  • Journey Time: 25 mins
  • Cost: currently costs around £3.70

Get off at Stocks Hill, Ludborough, just past the pub: it's called The Livesey Arms - a red bricked building on your left hand side.

If you choose to walk the rest of the way, (please take care, this is a busy ‘A’ road- there is a grass verge alongside it but but we do not advise walking. Taxi numbers are on the bottom of this page) keep walking in the same direction as the bus, follow the road round to the right as it becomes Lincoln Gate/ A18 and you will see signs for Festival Traffic. This is a rather long walk if you're carrying a lot of stuff, like tents and it is slightly uphill. It takes about 20 minutes to ½ an hour.
